Air purifier with a long shaft mounted on a stepper motor

The shaft should rotate thin wooden disks.
The discs are located half in the water (absorb water) and the other half in the air (dry)
Disks can be blown by fans
Fans must have a shutdown function
Remote control via WiFI
The tank must have a water sensor
The water sensor should regulate the automatic filling of the tank from the water supply
There should be a bearing at the opposite end of the shaft
If the shaft is very long, then it must have a rib with a bearing

I took the idea from ready-made devices that are designed extremely ridiculously and cost incredibly a lot of money.
