A small device the size of a lighter.

It should fit in pocket and not create inconvenience during transportation.
Must have a built-in charge controller.
It should have a small speaker on one of the longitudinal sides that will not be blocked by hand.
Must have a tactile button in the thumb area
Must have a slot for a flash memory card

When you press the button, a random composition from the flash memory card is played. Playback should start instantly.

I plan to use the "vine boom" sound and use this device as a joke amplifier when I'm running out of dialogue options.
