There should be a description of what this server does.
There should be two buttons with a choice of YES and NO

If you select YES, the site works as usual
When selecting NO, the site NEVER sends requests to the operator server, and also saves the interface to local storage and in the future works without a connection using offline

The operator server helps you find chat servers by domain, and also displays a list of servers. It greatly simplifies working with chats, however it is not mandatory and it should be possible to disable it for greater anonymity
